Our luxurious treatments combine customized scalp care, gentle cleansing rituals, soothing massage, and peaceful moments of stillness to leave you feeling refreshed from root to soul. What sets us apart from more traditional or lower-cost options is the elevated level of care, cleanliness, and intention behind every detail of your visit. We use a fresh water halo system, ensuring there is no recirculating or trapped bacteria, only clean, continuously refreshed water throughout your treatment. Each client is welcomed into a soft, plush treatment bed with freshly laundered linens, creating a space that feels both comforting and pristine. Essential oils are incorporated into every service, thoughtfully selected to enhance relaxation, balance the senses, and deepen your overall experience. Every tool, surface, and space is carefully sanitized between clients, and each appointment is designed to be fully individualized without rush or overlap. This space was chosen with deep intention and balance at its core. As a caretaker for my grandparents and a mother of two young boys, I needed a location that would allow me to remain close to my family while still creating a peaceful, dedicated environment for my clients. The private, tucked-away nature of this spa makes that possible, offering both accessibility and seclusion. It allows me to honor my responsibilities at home while fully stepping into my purpose of caring for others, creating a scalp sanctuary where wellness and real life can exist in harmony. Our intimate, private setting allows your service to be tailored to your individual needs without the noise or rush of a traditional salon. Whether you are seeking scalp wellness support, relief from everyday tension, or a well-deserved moment of self-care, your path to relaxation begins here. We look forward to welcoming you into our hidden sanctuary. All deposits/retainers are nonrefundable. To reschedule and transfer your deposit, you must contact us more than 72 hours before your appointment. Your new appointment must be booked within 14 days of the original appointment date. Requests made 48 to 72 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. Appointments canceled or requested to be rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the original service total. Services removed within 72 hours of the appointment will result in no returned retainer. Clients with three consecutive cancellations or reschedules will be required to prepay in full for future bookings or may lose future booking privileges. CHILDREN & GUESTS Children are not permitted unless receiving a service. Additional guests are not allowed unless approved in advance. Unapproved guests may result in rescheduling and applicable fees. LATE ARRIVALS Arrivals over 10 minutes late may incur a fee. Arrivals over 20 minutes late may be canceled and charged the applicable cancellation fee. GIFT CARDS Gift cards are valid for one year, nonrefundable, and nontransferable. They may only be used for services performed by Crystal and cannot be redeemed for cash. No other service providers are able to redeem gift cards as they are Independent contractors. All bookings using gift cards are still subject to cancellation and no-show policies. Any fees will be deducted from the gift card balance, with the
