Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Last-Minute Changes: Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled between 48 and 72 hours before the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. These fees are non-refundable and must be paid before booking any future appointments. Deposits & Retainers: All deposits/retainers are non-refundable. To keep your deposit/retainer, your appointment must be rescheduled more than 72 hours in advance and moved to a new appointment date within 7 days of the original appointment. Services Removed: Services removed within 7 days of the appointment may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the removed service. Valid Cancellation Method: Phone calls and voicemails without a confirmed cancellation response are not considered valid cancellations. Service Provider Cancellations: If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit/retainer will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment. Recurring Clients: Clients on a recurring schedule who cancel or reschedule three consecutive appointments will have all future appointments canceled and will be required to pay upfront in full for future bookings. Children & Extra Guests: To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service. If you arrive with a child or extra guest who cannot be accommodated, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the applicable cancellation fee will still apply. Late Arrivals: A late fee may be applied after 10 minutes. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and the cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. GIFT CARD POLICY Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Appointments booked with a gift card are subject to all cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies. Cancellations, reschedules, or service changes made within 48 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the value of the scheduled service being deducted from the gift card balance.
