CANCELLATION POLICY

Last-Minute Changes: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. Cancellations made 72 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee. These fees are non-refundable and must be paid before booking future appointments. Client Cancellations: Deposits/retainers are non-refundable if you cancel without rescheduling within 7 days of your appointment. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Booking Policies Service Provider Cancellations: If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded. To ensure fairness and proper scheduling, any service changes or downgrades must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Requests made within 48 hours will be charged at the original service booked. Phone calls and voicemails left without a confirmed cancelation received are not a valid cancellation. Children Policy: To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service. Otherwise, appointments will need to be rescheduled. Booking Requirements: All appointments must be booked through the designated booking site and require a deposit—no exceptions. Deposit Refunds: Deposits are only refundable if the cancellation is made by the service provider. Late Arrivals: A late fee will be applied after 10 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the full value of the scheduled service may be redeemed from the gift card on file. By booking with a gift card, you agree to these terms.
