CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: Service Provider Cancellation: If your appointment is canceled by me, your deposit will be refunded promptly. Client Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment without rescheduling with in a 7 day window. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance (last minute), you will be charged 100% of the service fee as a cancellation fee, which is non-refundable. No exceptions. You must settle this fee before booking another appointment. For cancellations made 72 hours in advance 50% of appointment of the service fee as a cancellation fee, which is non-refundable. Recurring Appointments: For clients on a recurring schedule, note that three consecutive cancellations or rescheduling will result in the cancellation of all remaining appointments. Children Policy: Children are not allowed unless they are receiving services too. Otherwise, appointments will need to be rescheduled to ensure a relaxing experience. Booking Policy: All appointments must be made through the booking site and require a deposit, without exceptions. Deposit Refunds: Deposits are refundable if the appointment is canceled by the service provider. Late Policy: A late fee will apply after 10 minutes. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your service will be canceled, and a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
